We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we're here to help.

Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, the following return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount:

  • ₹100 for Prepaid Orders

  • ₹135 for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, after deducting the applicable return shipping charges.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Every order is eligible for one free exchange.

If you'd like a different size, color, or style, please contact our support team to arrange the exchange.

  • The first exchange for each shipment is completely free.

  • Any additional exchange requests for the same order may incur shipping charges.

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

The exchange will be processed after the returned product is initiated, and the replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
